Job Description

Whitlock has an immediate opening on its accounting staff for a Contract Billing Specialist. Duties will include customer billing, preparation of AIA forms, special billing, account reconciliation, problem solving, contract management, and customer collections.  The ideal candidate should be experienced in contract billing, proficient with Word and Excel, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and very professional.  Experience with Southware and/or NetSuite is a plus. Candidates must be organized, willing to assume responsibility, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years experience with contract administration and collections.
  • Strong skill set with Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self starter with ability to work unsupervised
