Position objective: ACT is seeking an attorney to serve as Senior Counsel, Data Privacy. The Senior Counsel, Data Privacy will focus first and foremost on providing legal advice to the organization’s global privacy program, including but not limited to, daily operations of the program, development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures, program compliance, and training. A primary responsibility of this position is to provide legal advice and counsel to the organization’s Data Privacy Committee. From time to time, the Senior Counsel, Data Privacy will be asked to provide legal advice on other compliance and contract-related matters. The Senior Counsel, Data Privacy position is a member of the Legal Department.
Typical work-related activities include:
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
