Job Description



In-house legal department opening for a Compliance Paralegal to support the team on anti-bribery, corruption, and trade compliance, along with some support on ethics hotline reporting and data privacy compliance. The paralegal will provide investigation support, prepare chronologies, set up files, take notes during investigation interviews, manage legal holds, conduct regulatory/legal research, provide support with compliance training, and prepare compliance reports. Bachelors’ degree and minimum 3-5 years’ compliance related/investigations experience is needed. This position will also provide backup to a corporate paralegal on corporate governance and Section 16 filings, so corporate paralegal experience is a plus. 9-6 or 8-5 hours, free parking, bonus potential, an opportunity for further professional growth with the fast-growing company. Candidates should have strong communication skills (verbal and written), strong analysis and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. In addition, candidates should have strong technology skills (MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Additional duties to include litigation and contract management. Immediate need. Note: this role is not easily commutable by public transportation.
